I've two hard disks-One is Primary IDE Master[WDC WD400BB-00DKA0] of 40 GB and another is First SATA Master[WDC WD800BD-22MRA1] of 80 GB.It was working normally. But in last few days the four drives are invisible even in Device Manager except C:\ & E:\.Only these are visible under the sub-menu of Start Object Scan of Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 with a RED signed Note Of Interrogation.I can't scan these drives anyway.
Please help me.
With Thanks & Regards
Sanjib

Which operating system are you using? If you're on WinXP or above, go to Administrative Tools > Computer management and then select disk management. See if your partitions / drives have drive letters assigned or not.
Please revert back if you still face trouble and we'll get to the troubleshooting.
